GROSS !!!!

Hye readers..so sad!! i would like to share about 

 'bad things have happened to me in my life.. ' :(

I don't like them, they are a curse. I get these great big jobs in my eyes which hurt like damn great hurting things..

 i really, really need to get rid of them.. i have only two days before my cousin's wedding at Kelantan. Now i'm look like a FREAK ! So i decide to see eye doctor for preventive care. The doctor thought it might be an infection but it's fine. Nothing serious. She reminded me to take my medicine at the right times.  I need to get consistant at taking ALL of my medicines in order to look better.

Girlfriends 'exchanged' for drugs

Would you offer a night of passion with your girlfriend (or boyfriend) for drugs? Shockingly, some Malaysian youth in Kelantan did.

 Bernama, a Malaysian news agency, reported that some Kelantanese teenagers exchanged sexual intercourse with their girlfriends for psychotropic pills (or 'pil kuda' in local lingo).

These activities have been blamed for the increase in sexual crimes in the northern Malaysian state.

State police deputy chief Senior Assistant Commissioner Mazlan Lazim explained that teenage addicts would make such offers to drug peddlers for their supply of pills.

"Such alarming activity also involved schoolboys aged between 14 and 16, who already had sex with their girlfriends," he said.

Safee Sali scored both goal in the 60th an 79th minutes . The second semi-final will be held at My Dinh Stadium , Hanoi , Vietnam on Dec 18 .

cuaca panas..dari semalam kepala anis pusing..maybe migrain o ta cukop tido ke..anis x tau la..

memang ta suka makan ubat fyi..malas nak gtau ibu anis sebab tamau ibu risau kot..ibu kat kedah.. cousin anis bertunang..sebelum ni pon da bnyak kali kan wat ibu risau..this time x pe laa..bia ibu enjoy..ta yah risau.. anis kan da besa ^_^

bgn pagi memang rase nak pengsan la..sebaik kuat lagi. hhu

ta bole wat ape2..just baring..texting with Siva,Mira,Syahir..then Kak miza call ckp psal lupa tutup suis lepas iron baju.. :)

tip 2: in one meal, anis measure anis punya palm of your hand...exp:carbohydrate one palm, protein one palm, vegetable one palm...

 yg tip 2 tu untuk every meal...

so satu pinggan ada dalam tiga palm lebih kurang...
